Basic ACT! E-Marketing/Swiftpage Consulting
Working one-on-one with Tina, our Swiftpage Certified Consultant, you will learn how 
to create and edit your own custom email template using the Swiftpage Template 
Editor tool. She’ll walk you through how to: add your own custom header; insert text, 
images, pdfs and links; change the look and feel of the template layout; and more. 
She’ll also show you how to send an email blast to your ACT! contacts and how to 
use the Swiftpage Reports tool to view and analyze your email blast results.
Tina has worked with a variety of clients in a variety of industries and will be happy to 
answer your specific email marketing questions and offer suggestions based on your 
goals and email marketing best practices. (Session includes training for one user; additional users are $50 per session.)

In the advanced email marketing session, Tina will walk you through the Swiftpage 
Surveys tool. She’ll guide you through creating custom survey forms that you can use 
for satisfaction surveys, event registration, or to collect any contact information you 
need. She’ll also show you more advanced Template Editor tools that allow you to: 
add mail merge fields for greater personalization; work with tables in the Template Editor
