Kristi Smith Consulting is pleased to offer training services to new and existing clients. Training is provided for single users and groups and is provided either:

  • Remotely: Join KSC for web-based training via the phone and an internet connection.
  • On-site: Schedule a group session with KSC tailored to fit your organization’s needs.


KSC offers three types of training:

  • Basic training: Designed for new users or as a "refresher" course
  • Advanced training: Designed for users who need a beyond-the-basics look at the powerful ACT! tools.
  • Custom training: We can custom-create a training session built around your company's needs.
