Coby Foster is the go-to-guy for all of your ACT! technical support needs.
From 2001 through 2007, Coby worked in ACT!'s corporate technical support department as a Senior Support Analyst. Coby provided second level support to ACT! customers, and provided support to ACT! Certified Consultants.He also served as Escalations Manager and Help Desk Support.
Prior to working for ACT!, Coby also worked for the Symantec Corporation supporting Norton Utilities. While pursuing a 2-year degree in Network Administration he served as an IT intern for Aster Publishing doing desktop support for both MAC and PC. He also spent time as an IT intern for the Community Service Center at the University of Oregon. Prior to returning to school, Coby worked for four years as a Computer and Electronics Associate for Fred Meyer.
Education
Coby holds a degree in Music from Southern Oregon University (very useful in the computing world.NOT). He has also completed course work in the Network Administration degree program at Lane Community College.
